NOT a collector game. But I like it.
Very solid: none of the crashes others have reported.
Be prepared to toss crew members unless you spend money. The game IS NOT designed as a collector game where you find and keep every crew member. You have to strategically and tactically decide what crew members to use and keep and which ones to space. They have added a vault which allows you to collect crew IF they have been fully trained, fused and levelled up.
Graphics are good with great art. Space battles are more about deciding what abilities your ship will have and deploy: it is automatic from there.
Puzzles are neat in you need to determine what crew members are needed to solve the puzzle and then making sure they are trained enough.
Only seems to be 6 main story lines. Each has at least 36 steps though and there us replay ability to win rewards.
. They come out with new crew members and challenges weekly. Hope they come out with more storylines.
Major negative? Lots of opportunity to progress using dilithium. Only problem? Can ONLY buy dilithium with real cash. If you dont spend cash, grinding takes a looong time. And you will need to give up crew members to get new ones to progress.
If you want to collect crew members, need to spend money. They have added the ability to retire fully trained characters, but since Ive been playing for a while, I do not know how it balances the game.
I have never followed the Facebook news or forums, but they have responded promptly to my bug reports.
Lots of new content, challenges and characters regularly: at least 2 new crew members every week added to the game.
Oh and many of the features are not explained in any help files. May be on the forums though.
