This should be the definite game for trekkies. We will see how it will answer to the expectations... At this stage I would say the missing part is a link to online ressources about the universe like Memory Alpha. Would be nice to have the capability to learn about Planets, fractions, heroes, villains, items, etc during the game...
This is the best game, it has space battles, away missions, ships, many and many characters and a good story tying it all together!
Im loving the variety of characters, voice clips from the series, and John De Lancie original dialogue. I have spent a few bucks in the game so far, but if Im enjoying a free game I dont mind buying some things to promote a developer. I come from the age where games on SNES were $69-$120 at launch, so this a fraction of that for something I know I like and is portable. This and Square Enix get 95% of my playtime.
I do enjoy the game, its a well thought out idea and lots of neat fun...but I have a constant issue with the game crashing, particularly during space battles. Away missions pick up where they leave off if a crash happens, so thats not terrible. But space battles constantly fail and I lose the result/mission or arena ticket. I would have stopped playing a lesser game by now. A testament to Timelines that Im sticking with it.
This game is great overall a recommendation I would make for the next update would be to have some way other than a bar which has no numeric representation to track your captain level progression. The developers seem really committed to making this a great game and listening to player feedback.
This game is fun, visualy pleasent and very well constructed of all the games i play this is the one i love the most for these 3 points
-This is a great free to play game, you dont feel the pressure to buy items like most games
-The game has lots of fun events and activities
-The social of the game doesnt flood your screen and stays pleasent
Either if you love Star Trek or you dont know anything about it you will be able to play like the best of them
Some bad moments
Beautiful game, and thats pretty much it. Without real money youre stuck. Almost a pay to play game, but definitely a play to win game.
Almost impossible to play without at least vip level 1 (real money) and after a cool beginning youll have nothing much to do but old missions and chat with your fleet (which is basic a private chat room) or the general chat.
And it will crash... A lot. During the most annoying moments, and youll lose energy thats necessary to play and rewards from the missions.
Good plot, good idea, but there is a persistent bug who "steals" all our hard-earned high "training points", keeping our progress impossibly difficult... Many users already reported this bug but it keeps "bugging".
This game crash almost every single time!! I have an iPhone 6 and it was not supposed to do that, not due phone speed or memory issues. Its actually the games fault, such a heavy and bad programed game. The game itself its a lot o fun (once you get used to so many information) but its almost impossible to get going without buying anything from the store. Its not a game for everyone. Dont really recommend it.
How messed up and sickening is it that a stupid phone app ends up charging a grand total of $320 in in-app purchases by the time youre done?!!! $140 for a "shipment of dilithium crystals"??? What a waste of money. Save it for your future, or give it to starving poor people before you throw it away on a game...
Cant go beyond 2nd mission where you fight Warf. Game locks up.
only 2-3 hrs of freemium play value. very expensive to play the more interesting aspects of the game. not worth the time, effort or $ in the end.
