Biggs and horrible customer support!
Im not the first one to complain about the bugs in this game.
Do what I didnt do. Dont bother with the game. They just completed an in game event where many people, including myself, were talking about not actually getting the game rewards.
I wrote to customer service expecting them to fix the wide spread problem. They took a whole week and blamed me.
They didnt acknowledge that many of us had the exact same issue. Instead we must of all deleted the thing we were playing for.
In my case I would of had to received all three of mine than deleted all three separately. In my case the whole reason I was playing was for these three things.
